Welcome to Octa BJJ Mississauga
OCTA BJJ is a family-oriented martial arts academy. We believe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability. We are deeply passionate about our craft, and we believe passing on our knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will contribute to bettering both the physical and mental health of our students, their families, and our community.
Martial arts seeks to empower people by increasing their confidence and discipline. At OCTA BJJ we understand how large our responsibility is when teaching self-defense. For this reason, we've built a collaborative environment focused on support, community, and mutual respect.
We are proud of our team for carefully designing a curriculum that provides students with a fun and safe environment, while maintaining the rewarding challenge of learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our goals will always be to help our students - as well as their family and friends - to overcome challenges and achieve their own personal best.
